Registration for Sand Village

Here you can register for a slot in the Sand Village. If approved, I will PM you. Registration is REQUIRED, especially for most parts of the Village. If you register you must register, referring to your SHINOBI REGISTRATION, if you are a jounin and applying for a Sand Anbu position, edit your shinobi registration or it will not be approved. And if you havnt registered your ninja info yet, YOU WONT BE REVIEWED UNTIL YOU DO!! Please fill out the following, depending on which you are applying for:


This is the Academy Studeny Entry form, these are for those that are entering the Sand Village Academy, please fill it out. Or you cannot advance towards the Academy.
