Here, ranks over Jounins can pratice and make new strategies. But becareful what you post, important info, I recomend to be transferred via PM. But otherwise same rules for the Chunins and lower apply. CHUNINS and LOWER RANKS ARE PROHIBITED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED!!
